Eve Studios Debuts in St. Helier: Dance, Fitness & Fun for Women

June 20, 2025

Set to open on 1st July, Eve Studios invites women aged 16 to 75+ to embark on a journey of empowerment, wellbeing and pure joy in the heart of St. Helier. Jersey's first female‑only fitness and wellness hub, Eve Studios is a breath of fresh air in our island's wellbeing and dance landscape.

Warm, inclusive space
Eve Studios was "born out of the desire to challenge traditional gym culture and create something radically different". With a clear mission to "inspire women to live their healthiest, most vibrant lives", the studio promises a judgement‑free environment where every woman feels supported and seen.

Dance classes
Eve Studio's launch lineup brings a vibrant mix of dance-based classes, each with its own flavour of movement, music and community spirit:

- Body Beat: A high-energy dance workout with feel-good beats. Ideal for beginners and intermediates wanting to get their heart pumping and confidence soaring.
- Zumba: Latin-inspired cardio dance set to uplifting tunes. Easy-to-follow moves make it a great mood-booster.
- Fierce Heels: A playful and empowering dance class centered on confidence and feminine energy. Heels are optional, but attitude is a must!
- Groove & Move (65+): A light cardio dance session tailored to older women, focused on boosting energy, coordination and joy.

Designed for "Every Chapter of Womanhood"
From teens navigating confidence to midlife women managing hormonal shifts, and older dancers staying mobile, Eve Studios is crafted to meet women "exactly where you are in life". This philosophy gives it a special place in Jersey's dance community, offering both fun and a sense of belonging.

Opening day
On 1st July, Eve Studios officially opens its doors in St. Helier, kicking off a full pop‑up week of special classes and taster sessions as part of the grand‑opening celebrations.
