SOMA Jersey Spring/Summer Programme 2026: Moving with the Seasons - SUMMER at Sunset

Join Tabitha Dombroski on Saturday 4th July between 18:00 and 20:00 at Les Laveurs Slip for SUMMER at Sunset.

From Pōneke, Aotearoa, Tabitha is currently a full-time dancer with Ballet d’Jerri. Alongside company life, Tabitha is studying a BSc in Psychology with a minor in Business. Driven by an interest in mental health in dance, Tabitha's approach is humanistic and community-driven, bringing to these sessions an exceptional depth of experience, both academic and lived.

Moving with the Seasons

Four unique seasonal somatic movement experiences in nature. Each led by Jersey-based movement experts, all influenced by and infused with the teachings of Jamie McHugh (MSMT) and his work, Somatic Expression®.

For each session, within a unique natural location befitting the season, we enter a collaborative inquiry into the somatic technologies of breath, vocalisation, contact, movement, and stillness as envisaged by McHugh.

Dress for the weather and for moving. Come with curiosity.
