The Nutcracker - 28th November (Evening)

Ballet d'Jèrri's performance of Lé Craque-nouaix (The Nutcracker) will take place at the Jersey Opera House in November 2026. Choreographed by Katya Bourvis.

Instead, the stories we outgrow can be passed on, shared, and re‑loved.

Jersey audiences first saw Bourvis' emotional depth and choreographic clarity in Flux (2025), her powerful work exploring the island's witch‑trial history. Her ability to communicate complex themes through movement brings new nuance to this beloved Christmas ballet.

In this production, she balances tenderness with tension, honouring the traditional Nutcracker narrative while revealing fresh layers of meaning, making it accessible, heartfelt, and resonant for today’s audiences.
