Our House: The Madness Musical - 29th April

Youth Arts Jersey's performance of Our House: The Madness Musical is taking place this April and May!

Set in vibrant 1980s Camden Town, Our House is a feel-good British musical packed with heart, humour and the unforgettable music of Madness. This coming-of-age story follows London teenager Joe Casey on the night of his sixteenth birthday, when he takes Sarah, the girl of his dreams, on their very first date.

Written by Tim Firth and featuring a soundtrack of iconic hits including Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love and House of Fun, Our House blends comedy, romance and drama with the high-energy ska sound that defined a generation. At its core, the musical explores powerful themes of love, family, growing up, responsibility and coping with loss.

Our House features energetic, high-impact choreography inspired by the ska and street style of 1980s Camden, bringing Madness's music to life with vibrant ensemble dance numbers.

A nostalgic celebration of 1980s London and the music of Madness, Our House is a must-see show for musical theatre fans in Jersey.
