With a vision to inspire the next generation of dancers, The Channel Island Dance Company run workshops for primary school age children of all abilities, including those without any prior dance experience. They also run Jersey's only associate program, where dance tutors are flown in from London's West End and top performing arts colleges, to give their attendees the best possible experience.

The Channel Island Dance Company also hosts a yearly dance competition, where all Jersey dance schools are invited to compete in a friendly and encouraging environment.
