Central School of Dance

Central School of Dance

Central School of Dance offer children's dance classes in tap, modern, contemporary, ballet (including baby ballet for ages 2+), and acro.

About

They also offer tap and ballet classes for adults, and run specialised classes for those with Parkinson's. View the class timetable on the Central School of Dance website.

Central School of Dance was founded in 1986 and was formerly known as the Liz Robinson School of Dancing. Classes were originally held at St. Matthew's Church Hall, but as the school expanded, they moved to Trinity Youth Centre.

Central School of Dance aim to provide a safe and friendly environment to learn all forms of dance, provide quality and up-to-date teaching by professionals within the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), encourage a love of dance, and give their dancers the opportunity to perform in shows and in public.
